At CaseFlix.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return if you are not satisfied with the product.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging.
• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
• The product should not be damaged by the customer.

After your request is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send the item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective item
• The wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos or videos, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like a different design or model, you may request an exchange within 5 days, subject to product availability. The returned item must meet the return conditions mentioned above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products
• Customized or personalized items
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).
