Delays caused by weather, public holidays, or courier companies are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving their order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product because they do not like it or have changed their mind, the customer will be responsible for the return courier charges.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will provide a replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability.
- If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent by us, CaseFlix.pk will cover the replacement and shipping costs.
